Shipping 

 

Shipping is via USPS First Class mail and you will receive a tracking number when your order has been shipped.

 

All works (originals AND prints) are also shipped with insurance included! Should USPS damage the art, then I will refund your entire purchase or work with you on a new work.  

 

Shipping is free within the United States and Canada. For U.S. territories and international shipments, please contact me first before placing your order. 

 

Original works are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. Prints are processed in 3-5 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for subsequent shipping and delivery. For international orders please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping.

 

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

 

If the package is delivered damaged in the mail, please immediately photograph the package as it was received as well as the item itself. Email the photos to katoartworks@gmail.com along with a description of what is damaged. Your message will be reviewed and if it is determined that there was indeed a problem during shipping, your item will be replaced with no questions asked.

 

Return Policy

 

If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 14 calendar days of receiving your order to this address:

In order to receive a full reimbursement of your money, the return postage must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. The buyer is responsible for return postage.

 

If all of the item(s) are returned within this time-frame in the same condition as it was when shipped, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price (return postage will not be refunded).
